Tambaram
Tambaram is one of the neighbourhoods we work in most weeks — a mix of older independent houses along Bharath Avenue and newer three- and four-storey apartment blocks off GST Road.
Velachery
Velachery is dominated by mid-rise apartments and gated communities off the 100-Feet Road and Taramani Link Road.
OMR (Old Mahabalipuram Road)
The OMR belt is almost entirely newer high-rise apartments and villas built in the last fifteen years.

Adyar homes range from older bungalows near the Theosophical Society to newer high-rise flats along Sardar Patel Road.
Anna Nagar
Anna Nagar's grid of independent houses and mid-rise apartments is one of the older planned neighbourhoods in the city.
